Instore Refund Policy

General Policy

All sales are final. As a charity shop, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items once purchased. We encourage customers to inspect items carefully before buying, as many of our goods are pre-loved and sold as-is.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If an item is found to be faulty or significantly misdescribed, please return it within 7 days of purchase with your receipt. We will assess the item and, if appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the shop manager. This includes cases where consumer rights apply under relevant trading standards or charity retail regulations.

Donations

Items donated to Amber’s Army are gratefully accepted and non-returnable. We do not offer refunds for donated items unless they were purchased from the shop and meet the criteria above.
